Macabre laboratory specimen jars holding submerged rubber eyeballs, plastic spiders, or faux tentacles suspended in glowing fluid.
-
Place a plastic prop (glowing eyeball, faux severed finger, or rubber spider) inside a clean amber or clear pill bottle.
-
Fill the bottle with water tinted with 1 drop of yellow food coloring and a squeeze of yellow highlighter ink (fluorescein).
-
Add a tablespoon of clear hair gel or glycerin to increase fluid viscosity so the specimen floats suspended mid-bottle.
-
Seal the threaded cap permanently with waterproof silicone caulk or superglue.
-
Wrap jute twine around the neck, tie a labeled tag (“Specimen #404 – Arachnid Eye”), and place under a blacklight to make the fluid glow intensely.
